Its still a replica and it is using the Walkman logo which is definitely trademarked

But those ones are launched. Or any news that se stopped them? Actually they dont use the walkman logo, just a similar one.

I mentioned in the other thread once, that se models are mostly made in china, so it wasnt a big deal for them to copy it. Maybe even se sold some aparts for this cheap units...
