Have you checked they are the Active profile in Settings - > Connectivity - > Internet Settings - > Internet Profiles? |

I am reading that you have an 02 sim in your unlocked Vodafone branded W900???
If thats correct, of course you cannot access Voda Live TV, you need to be on the Voda network to access Voda Live.

Exactly - no way can you access Live TV from another network other than a Vodafone sim
