I (actually my girlfriend) washed and tumble-dried my K700.
It still works just peachy!
The display is a bit dim, but that's what you get for using bleach...  |

@Deepankar- Did you give it a go again? See if atleast the contacts & such info can be recovered by Serv Cntr guys- Salora, incidently, at their Delhi HO, has facility to do 'chip level' repair (whatever that means) . . . @Sado- .. I assume she is a cleanliness maniac !!
