ribght my mum is taking to medowhall to cpw tomorow
she doesn't know much about phones. I've told her about the problem and to say it was bought as a present but will they need anymore information and also what do i need to take in with the phone
i.e box charger etc
and also how long will it take roughtly

i would personally take the box probably wont need it. in terms of how long it would take how longs a piece of string.
not sure depends on whats wrong with it, if they are busy and how good the person doing the repair is. |

Well Service center post in Service usually takes ten days turnaround...
In person it varies and slattery69 comments are true...
Hopefully it will be someone that knows what a mobile phone looks like...
But thats me....
I am sure it will be ok...
On another note... I got something to say to a few user here but not in this topic...

Quick update : Phones been taken in for service and they have had to send off to fix it, They estimated 2 weeks on monday.

me niether, but i have heard of a 16 year old whose @ 6th form and has lessons and that whose mum was going to medowhall that day anyway so it was stupid to not give it her to give

I e-mailed SE about a service centre once, and they said that the nearest one to me was all the way in Oxford

in whole tyrol (austria ) is no se service anymore. the only chance that u send the fone or travel 200 km... great support, congrat se!
