My T65 (firmware R4a007) correctly use GPRS for browsing wap site but I can't send/receive e-mail. The response is always "Server not found".
In this version of firmware there are only 3 games. Why?
Where I find then newest version of firmware?
Thanks

Well, I don't know why, but from what everyone around here says, I understand that THE MOST STABLE version is R3a ...
"Server not found" error appears mostly because you misspelled the server name. Check again the POP3/SMTP server (both to be sure) and do a PING on an online computer. If they're correctly spelled and you've got PING response they should work. Remembered: try not do add spaces or extra characters after the server names, or anything before them like "http://" or something else. Just use direct server name. Only use POP3 servers (dunno their specifications because I haven't got e-mail client specifications, but any POP3 server should work). Do not use webbased e-mail servers like Yahoo or Hotmail.
Also try to check wether the DNS server is working (PING it also). Make sure the DNS Server Address is in the IP format (x.x.x.x - where x ranges from 0 to 255).
With all these checked, you shouldn't get this error anymore. Hopefully you won't get other errors also.

I have entered IP address of pop3 and smtp server but when I try to send/receive mail with GPRS account the response is always "Server not found". I try to ping this IP address and these server reply correctly.
Is a firware bug (My T65 is a R4a007) ?

The POP3/SMTP servers must NOT be specified in IP format. Use DNS addressing mode.
Example:
POP3 server: pop3.somemailserver.com
SMTP server: smtp.somemailserver.com
ONLY the DNS address must be in the IP format |

Thanks IceRAM
I have tried also with name and I have specified a IP for DNS but it doesn't work.
Perhaps in my GPRS account I have locked (????) this functionality.
I hope to receive an answer from mobile internet assistance.
