not much interest in F1 this year it seems!

Good on Brawn for another 1-2... poor old Lewis crashing out on the last lap

I just read that Lotus are back in F1 next year... 15 years after their last F1!

so... maybe there was some truth to Piquet's claims of being asked to crash in the Singapore race last year...

BBC is reporting that team boss Flavio Briatore and Executive director of engineering Pat Symonds have left the team, and Renault will not contest the charge of race fixing!

Renault F1 Team 'Banned' Over Crashgate

Its a 2 year suspended ban.
Flavio Briatore is permanantly banned from the sport and Pat Symonds has a 5 year ban from the sport.
Alonso was cleared of any involvement

I love this Singapore night circuit, and it looks like Lewis is on form again but Vettel is doing pretty good too!

I was reading up on that here

seems they have 12 generators to provide the power so its not coming from the Singapore main system, and I would expect these generators to be technogical marvels in their own right and designed from the start to minimise their "green" impact

I'm sure Webber will be happy with his win but poor old Barrichello though... but congrats to Jensen on becoming 2009 world champion!
