i'm a series60 user. So I would feel right at home with N90. N90 not released yet where I am living. Anyway I dont like clamshell. Played around with K700 (but not K750). Can get used to the teeny-weeny screen. From what I know, there is no different in UI / physical shape between K750/K700. K700 casing a bit filmsy (read K750 carry on the same tradition). Nokia's S60 like 7610, 6670, 6630 and 6680 are much more solid built.
why r u interested to know?

may i had somethig more??? sound quality, battery duration, vibrator (n90 doesnīt have one)
and more...if you compare the ratio incorporated technology/physical size+weight+cost of the two phones, well, then we easily know that SE engineers have made shame of blokia engineers
its easy too see, you know whatīs the main reason for N90 to have Kirstie Alley dimensions donīt you??? yes, itīs the camera...so, they had to make the phone so big because something that in the end loose to a much smaller and cheaper handset (k750)??? what a faillure lol
phone cameras, and phone music players are supposed to be small and light to be really attractive...of course. but there are always brick-lovers
n90 is indeed in a different league, itīs on the laptops league, or mini dv cameras league lol |

gosh. You must be joking!!  Is K750 a clamshell? Is K750 a smartphone. Does K750 have 3G/EDGE hardware? Does K750 have a big screen. If SE engineers are so smart, why can't they built P910i in the same size as 6680?

@mib...i fail to understand why you keep drawing unfair comparisons between 2 phones...smartphone vs non smartphone for one....
The p910 is best compared with a 7710 or the communicators, simply because these phones are positioned for the business user.. Now if you draw a comparison here, theres not much to talk about as far as size is concerned, is there??  |

@mib .. I concur wholeheartedly....the comparison is fair only for factors which may be common to 2 phones...the camera in this case. |

and again you try to avoid the fact that n90 is a BIG FAILURE by nokia, itīs the n series flop phone (i think the other two, n91 and n70, are good, and will sell well). It doesnīt deliver the
Lotīs of companys can throw n90 specs and more in a brick that size lol
Actually, SE will do that easily with Hermione, that will be, again, smaller and lighter - it will have your loved symbian, wifi, a better camera, etc etc
In other hand, not any company can make a mobile like k750...in fact right now thereīs nothing better in that area

If it ever get release or when it get released, it wont crash / freezes like the K750. Only then you come back here and talk. Otherwise, you are just blowing crap all over place.

wrong place, wrong argument and most important, wrong premise

I know this is SE fans forum and everyone (mostly) eats and drinks SE. They can be extremely enthusiastic about K750 but I think it is a bit outrageous when this enthusiasm is used to ridicule other brands with equally outrageous one-sided view.

I know hardly anyone (other than on forums) who even knows what a N90 is, yet say K750 and everyone knows I'm talking about the latest SE phone. So the K750 has made an impact, while the N90 slides very quickly into the forgotten past.
The question of this thread "Nokia N90 Success in Doubt?", can be answered "what success?". Despite it's much lauded Carl Zeiss optics, hard drive and smartphone features, the N90 just couldn't compete with the K750 in the open market.

Given that its a SE fan forum, that is inevitable...which brings me back to the fact that it will always be a one-sided view... ( as far as the N90 goes, with enough good reasons, again)

Is it the habit of SE fans (like you) to let fly accusations like saliva coming out of a horse mouth. Where have I say Nokia is faultless? I have tried to be as objective as possible. Few post back, didnt I say that if camera is your main criteria, there is nothing better than the K750 at the moment. I think you are the one who needs to have yourself examined.

I have to give it to you. You are such a real genius that you can come to the conclusion that N90 is competing with K750. What a load of bullock. If someone want to buy a 3G or EGDE or smart phone or multimedia phone, can your beloved K750 make it? Absolutely yes - Off the buying list.
