Does Linda have LightEffects, and will there be a NonWalkman branded version like with w580i/s500i ?
where are exactly the differences between w760 and this one ?

especially the design (maybe Linda doesn't have GPS, I didn't check).
I think Linda is successor of W910 and W760 is successor of W580.
m-one, what do you think ?

@darknoob: I think that makes more sense. Especially as you seem to think Linda's specs are a bit more high-end than a W580i replacement would be.

After some consideration I've now decided what to do. I'm getting a P1 (it's quite cheap now) which should satisfy my requirements until next summer. Then I will probably get an HTC Touch Pro (the price should come down to an acceptable level by then), which I will keep until the new Symbian platform devices begin to surface. I will reevaluate the situation at that time.
What can I say, I absolutely need a touch screen and an FM radio and currently P1 is the only device that has these - among others. |

If the rumor is true that the canceled Paris will be released in Asia then i'll rather buy it. It's not my dream Pnext but Paris is still better than P1i because of (likely)HSDPA, Dpad, gps, widgets, UIQ3.3 etc. Wow! i realized that it's not bad at all! Anyone who says that specs are bad should make P1i worse. I already have all the UIQ3 softwares i need so i'm not really that worried about Symbian unity.
After two years? it's normal to switch to another handset preferably with that unified OS. so no problem!

Well, i would also exchange my P1 for Paris, at a minimum cost, of course...if i said i will stick with P1 for a long time, Paris would also do, because it does have everything i love on the P1, and some more, althought not being what we wanted in terms of processing power
