Yes they are big but best wait a while for better coverage, tariffs and teething problems. I may goto Virgin for their unlimited data as they also use the same network. I didn't give GiffGaff much time in the end I dumped them. It all went smoothly but the network speeds turned out to be so slow I did a speed test and it was 213kb at one point, seriously. Now back with my main number on Three

I'd stay with T-mobile also.
Them plus Orange combined give you EE, which is the biggest network around. Which also guarantees you'll get a pretty good signal in most places. In theory.
If they were to call me up to buy me out of my contract i'd probably do it if there was a phone out to replace my SGS3.
Well I've only just bought a lumia 820 sim free so they can't really tempt me with a phone but my contract is up in the summer so I think I'll sit back and see what tmob (EE) are willing to offer by then once the other networks have 4G out
Thanks bono I'll have a look at virgin to

It never fails to amaze me how amazingly stupid people are. What sort of guy gets 500mb for £21 a month and no phone that comes with it to boast or 'use' 4G, just for it to be potentially used up in seconds. Excitement over?

Still rip off compared to Three. £46 a month is extortionate IMO.

Yep,I have found that I seem to still love Three over any network now. Not just cos of thee value but coverage, quality & reliability of the Three network too. Customer services I have never had any issues with at all.

The customer service I've had terrible experiences with. I've been lied to, had broken promises, over charged etc. As long as I don't have to speak to them, everything is fine. I think every operator is capable of giving terrible service though.

Yeah swings and roundabouts but apparently the worst customer service award has recently gone to Orange and Talk Talk

Too little, too late. The other networks are gonna be glad EE managed to get their 4G early as it's going to be a hard sell for them.
All the other networks have to do now is launch their 4G services at a lower price and hoards will take it up. EE have made a huge booboo. The could have signed up tons of customers to new 2 year contracts if the price was right but they chose to gamble on the hype, which hasn't sustained.
People are more savvy than they might imagine them to be.

EE store in Birmingham during Christmas when I went in I was greeted by a very untrained member of staff. I asked to double check how much the Nokia Lumia 820 was on pay as you go. He said no we don't do that phone on pay as you go. I said yes you do and pointed out in the store brochure saying it's £269 and his reaction was 'oh'
