I'm located in Ottawa/Mtl (home/school locations)... As for an earlier question about firmware upgrading in Montreal, the people here at cellular unlimited told me about this place called "LCS" and gave me the number 514-735-9671... however, when I looked it up, the number belongs to "Communications Serres". I think that's one of very few places in Montreal that will flash it... I think there are no places in Ottawa that do (does anyone know of any?) - they just send them to NewMarket or whatever that place is...

@B1ng0, LCS is the only place I know in Montreal that does this and are authorized SE techs. They have a location on Decarie and also in Laval.
Does anyone know what the Personalize menu is used for?

LCS is located right behind the ericsson building. Don't know the name of the cross street but it one block north of the Mercedes dealership. Once you get on that street (heading west from decarie) you make a right into the parking lot behind the Ericsson building. The entrance at the end of the parking lot. There is a small sign that says LCS.
Let me know if that's enough. Otherewise I can try to dig up a business card, I think I have one somewhere.
