There's a possibility that it might be b only but I hope not. If it's really just Wifi B, I'm sure many fanboys would criticize it.

Im sure it will have g too, but I see no mention of HSDPA!

The G700/G900 doesn't have HSDPA, unfortunately.

no HSDPA is for real...that should be reserved for more expensive uiq phones (P5., etc)...again, we are talking about a under 400 euros phone...not really to compare with X1 that will cost more than 600...

Just to confirm, this G900 may very well be my next phone as I just want one I can talk, text and use Tom Tom on with my bluetooth satnav. I was interested in the N95 but these are way more sexier and up my alley as I don't want a full on smarty.

So are we able to install Tom Tom on the G900 the same as my current P1i? And how much of the interface can you use your finger with? They look like stunning phones, the X1 thing is interesting but too big and it runs Windows. I think well done SE for launching these two for us P1i users. Plus the G900 will be out when my contracts up!!! BONUS.

Anyway anyone know about the Tom Tom?

tomtom should work just fine, there is no reason for it not to work...

regarding the touch screen, it seems its usage is only opcional, most things can be done only with the dpad...

The interface looks nice. Especially while using the camera.

@ares,

Thank's buddy, I've read this thread and it seems the buzz is as you said the main features are finger touch which is just fine. Looks like the screens are more flush with the surface too and the D pad will be a God send! These will certainly give Nokia a run for it's money, just the thing to replace my P series with.

And watching that video above HOORAY AT LONG FING LAST SE!!! They have FINALLY fixed the utterly rubbish camera interface on the UIQ and it looks fantastic. Well Done SE! I like this phone more and more.

Thanks, laffen.

Btw, do you know whether the G900 would have wifi b/g or just b?
