Just a heads up.If you using Flipboard and watching a reality TV series, just be careful what you flip through.I am watching the American music reality show The Voice and they are down to the last 7 contestants.Rolling Stone is one of my boards and while flipping through the pages I came across an article on the Winner of Season 2's The Voice.Total spoiler. No point in watching that anymore.

If you guys are looking for a kernel that makes your Stock ICS as smooth as silk then try out Checkrom's DarkKnight_ICS_v1.1. Its buttery smooth.

http://checkrom.com/download/

I went back to stock and gave it a try but I hate stock ever since I tried the Resurrection Remix rom but I highly recommend it to all ya Samsung stock ICS users.

Checkrom is most probably gonna release an ICS rom based on top of the Samsung stock and if thats the case Im gonna stick with Resurrection. But having used Revo HD I might not have a choice because those guys have had plenty of time to release a superb rom.

I'm using MIUI 2.5.11 from Galnet. After using a speed up local.prop script, it works really great! It's based on stock Sammy FW so everything is working.

problem seems to be solved by un-selecting "use wireless and mobile networks to determine location" in the location settings ill see how it behaves over the next few days
Maybe a feature of ICS is that it relies too heavily on mobile network location rather than the actual GPS location (when the location given by the GPS is weak)

Bonovox

The only problem us Android boys have is when we venture
off into the land of custom roms. The S2 in its current state
is close to near perfect and doesnt need a custom rom.
But that would just be boring.
Im interested in mobile development beyond the rushed to
market products we get from the manufacturers.
There is amazing things that are been done with these phones.
I like to see some of these fantastic developments that these
devs create.
If I lose functionality in one or two things I never use to
gain something else that I do use, then so be it.
Im a customization freak..Different fonts,dpi changing,ui mods ect
Your windows device looks like Bobs windows device looks like Toms
Windows device looks like Johns Windows device.
For me,thats unbearable.
