Just picked up a cheap S2 but its on orange and hate the layout on it how do i debrand it?

Also is it normal for it to sound quiet when talking on the phone? Sometimes i struggld to hear what they are saying.

Earlier today my screeb went completely pi
nk which was weird but i turnes it off and back on again and it was fine.

Just use odin V1.85 and get the firmware, visit youtube and it should be a breeze (wasn't so for me at first) to flash to Android 4.0.3

Will look at it.
Was just looking at videos on Youtube of comparisons between the HTC One X and the SGS2. Although the HTC is clearly the more powerful phone of the two it is not being beat in a huge dramatic way. The SGS2 is holding its own.

LPS seems to have a few SMS problems. Try flashing frankenstein LP8 or LP9. I'm an LP8 happy bunny!

Finally upgraded to ics... running Apex launcher, about to flash resurrection 1.7.
Looking good so far any idea of which kernel suits it best? Was thinking of the latest siyah kernel.
Seems wifi signal is a lot better, along with GPS location

I've been on Resurrection Remix v1.7 a couple of days now
and its running perfect. Regarding which kernel to use I would say
give them all a test run and see which one works best for you.
I'm still testing the CM 9 kernel for battery life but will
be giving the latest Siyah kernel a go very soon.
Let me know how you find this latest Resurrection rom.
