i`m sure there is available recovery update(R1CA037) for your region but SEUS sometimes makes starnge things for.ex. me friend from poland (where 037 is available 100% because ive update my phone) but he cant do that :/ Maybe he and you have got wrong certificates like in k750i ... SEUs only see RED certificate ... And there is no other way ... you have to visit SE service center ... :/
P.S ... How i can see version of java is 8.1 in new firmware ... in 037 was 8.0 |

no I haven`t i took a look on your picture in earlier post ans noticed that ...
P.S. It`s strange to me ... date of this release is 071207 ... R1CA037 was 071210 ... strange earlier soft with later date ...

I'm really want to update but my green WESTERN EUROPE K850i isn't avaliable yet... Thought that was an SEUS problem. I uninstall it and installed again but still no update...
Please all the one that had done the update give us some feedback...Here are some bug's:
Camera issue:
Media Center Slow
Manual equalizer keeps changing...
Sometimes when you call a number in the call list it dosent apear the name on the calling.
Etc...etc...etc

I will update my phone when my battery is fully charged. Its at 21% at the minute so need to wait for it to die before charging it.
I will also try this trick with the camera where you hold the auto focus for a couple of seconds.
Also, when you say you need to reset your phone every day, this does just mean you need to turn it off every day doesn't it??
And the master reset, what does this do? I don't want to do it to find it deletes all my pictures & settings etc. |

why do you need to let it die?
also, you dont need full battery to update firmware..it just says to make sure you have battery for the update...so it wont go off while updating.
Btw, no 038 here yet on western europe (or central, dont remember - holland) |

@ Duran.
You're supposed to let your battery completely die before recharging it (at least once in a while anyway) to condition it properly. At the minute I'm letting it play through all my music so that it runs the battery down, doesn't seem to be having much effect though! |
