As the guys keep saying, the 808 is perfectly capable of doing everything a modern smartphone requires to do. If there isn't a branded app (anything from google, for example) then there is an equivalent is most occasions.
I love my 808, i think is a piece of collection and will still use it for most of my needs.

What I am not understanding is why would someone who;
-Doesn't have an 808
-Doesn't want an 808
-Thinks everything is better than an 808
-Thinks candycrush is what "makes" a smartphone
-Dismisses symbian at every opportunity
-Dismisses every functionality of the 808
-Dismisses everyone else's opinion
-Is an obvious Android fanboy and
-Is happy with the S4's inferior image quality

Probably because they are smartphone enthusiasts, and as for the bold part oh dear, desperation and anger does make you say the strangest things mate.

what's the point, you'll be forced to move to a live and well supported OS at some point and use the 808 as simply a Camera, being the one trick pony that it is, see you soon

I have NEVER needed security for ANY phone I have ever used. Don't know why someone would say 92% of Play Store apps are dodgy. Microsoft are ones for poor security
