And Sharp 903/903SH still go for ~£100 all day long...they had(have?? with new SO-nnA series  ) by far the best idea of cam phones of all manufacturers...and even today, are pretty much solitary in their use of CCD sensors......
As for screens, 'ancient' 904SH still turns heads...  ...they're up their with the best, if not THE best......
