So I hacked the system a bit...
Downloaded the XperiaTransferMobile apk, and used it on my Xperia, nรณw it is on the system ๐
The Phone seems amazing.
BUT: I can use 3 cameras ONLY on auto?

Nope. Only the UWA is auto. The other you can change to manual mode. If you start camera and hold your phone in camera horizontal position its on your bottom right for thumb to access. There will be a few different modes. Choose manual. |

Choosing manual reverts back to the main camera. How to use other cameras on Manual?

From camera activation comes this display :
On the bottom right is "mode" Button, while on the left of the mode button is the shortcut button which usually display your last used setting, eg if I used AR previously and exited camera, for the next camera activation the shortcut will be AR mode.
This is manual mode. Touch the display to change your selection manually.

Hey,
I think you don't get the point.
Of course I know how to use Manual.
But as I see, you still have 1x camera.
Show me manual mode on 2x or Panorama ๐
Soooo
So, did any of you managed to make the Google backup work?
It has the sms backup. But mine only shows "waiting for backup"

Manual zoom you use volume button to zoom till 2 times but I think its not optical zoom . No manual mode for UWA ...
IAW only 26mm for manual unless you jump auto ~

Congratulations, I'm on the Xperia 5 too and after I've got android 10 I'm loving it. I'd love the Samsung or OnePlus type of full OLED themes but performance wise, it's great. |

Looks like I cannot set the Sms ringtone separately?
Edit:
Nevermind, just did it.
It's just a pity they removed the 960fps Slow Motion...

I was disappointed with no super slow motion but it was for the best, this camera is miles better than the XZ2 Compact that I had. Also, the implementation of the feature was rubbish so it was only useful in perfect light and if you have John Wick reflexes. |

preach it badassmam. wish they implemented it better but i guess the technology just isn't good enough to record more than a split second of footage. could have done better had it been implemented with auto capture AI like samsung's version.
