At least all done...
I am really enjoying this phone... with the power it has... Size is not too big... As I could not get on with the Desire HD...
Still the Arc is sexier...

How is it running now after the updates? Any issues with WiFi?

Yeah, guy at work has one and it is a bit too much for me too... The Desire HD that is...
I'm struggling to find a reason to go with anything but the SGII... |

I'm sorry but coming from iphone 4 there is much to live up to for me and coleagues with desire HD and S really say its so much not different to the desire that each had. one says bigger screen and other says that its simply a little faster
both are in awe of the G2 but I wouldn't want to sway anyone with simply heresay.
maybe get one via online purchase which always have a return policy and decide for yourselves

No one in their right mind would go out and buy a Desire HD now... But alas, there are many a wrong minded person in this world!
I was looking at it from a size perspective as I remember thinking that it was too big for me when I held it... I was concerned that the SGII would be the same, but not the case... Didnt think I'd be able to own a handset with a 4.3" screen, but slimness is the key and Samsung have nailed it... |

Can we conclude that SGS@ is the best available phone on the market right now?

Lol..yep. i really like the galaxy s2, don't get me wrong, but i can't really justify buying it given how well my galaxy s is performing...uninstalled a few pre-installed apps from my gs that were starting up on their own (ota update, and google maps) and hammering the battery and its totally flying...its really quick. The gs2 does call my name tho. |

Personally I now think the Galaxy II and phones like the Arc are just too thin. I have decided I really don't like phones too thin. Galaxy S was thin enough. No fun with the bone.

Why so Bonovox. How can they be too thin? Difficult to handle?

No not really its just my taste I prefer something a little more chunky but obviously not too big. Something I can feel. Thin phones seem to become a little too hot aswell from experience. Not much was between your hand and what's working away inside. I thought the Arc was poorly built.
