I just downloaded some games today on my w810i and I notice that the sound doesnt work on the speakers. When I put the headphone in I can hear sounds on the headphone but not the speakers. I tested all games and they only have sound on headphones. I dont know if this is normal, since I never really played games on the phone. Is the sound on games suppose to come out on speakers? |

Could be your profiles got mixed up. Check your profiles and if necessary go from one profile to another and back. Might sort it out. |

started usingmyw800 again lol got my w810i still but its now my backup yes the screen is better but the phone keypad idont like and the silver on the d-pad is comming away which is not good still use it basicly as much as myw800 but i still prefer my w800's keypad but i still not a fan ofalaggy joystick

I keep reading people complaining about their branded devices...I just wanna add that I have Orange branded W810i and it just works flawless...I have even upgraded tha FW, no problems. Am I one of those lucky ones on branded founs? |

When my contacts call me their name does not show. I do not store them with the country code didn't have to with the K750 but it's the only remedy. Don't want to have to edit all my contacts. It's firmware R4CE012 which I understand is an early but am afraid to update cause others complain about the latest one.

When my hands free are plugged in, and I have stopped music from playing, is it suppose to ring from the loudspeaker?
i would prefer it didn't. |

hi. i had my w810i for two months now. so far i had good time with it. i just would like to ask if anyone would know if it is a s40 or s60 phone? i couldnt seem to be able to download any .sis files. meaning i dont have antivirus appz and those i would like to download (opera and netfront). i am afraid i would get bugs and viruses. also my screen would sometimes blank out and the phone restarts itself. i thought ouf resetting my phone (master) but afraid of losing something in the process...can anyone help? thanks... |

810's aren't symbian phones so .sis files wont work !

Update time - 8 months on and the only problems so far have been ....
1) CDS60 contacts play up now and again - sometimes it'll connect
and sometimes I need to clean them for proper connection.
2) Housing creaks got too much so a replacement was fitted (cnn.cn) -
Now perfect again.
3) Voice dial via HBH-GV435 is very problematic and now not used 
Other than those this has been, by far and away, the best phone I have
ever owned/used. Perfect - thanks SE

what about the myfriends feature? although i am logged in i cant seem to be online on my friends YM. also she cant see that i am online either... |
