my sensitive buttons got F.... up i cant belive how many problems this phone have... 3 weeks before that i had BROD... we really need a new firmware...
and the worst part is i really like the phone... :S |

This is the same situation with me, no bug at all, just slowdown while using media player. Plus one issue (there is no play/stop button with side, which was my favorite in k800)

Why don we all get together and file acase or send emails together or storm the MWC 09.....or start an online petition and send it to all the big tech blogs like gizmodo and endgadget....and am creating a petiton and hope u guys help me get the signatures.....will post the url in a few mins

Wow, that's great. Even i am also thinking the same like we all k850i users should get to gather and inform sony ericsson that we want the new firmware for our be loved k850i that must include face detection, smile shutter, forced flash, vga recording, faster processor etc.
I would urge all k850i users to support you, maaz2020. I am with you. Lets rock the sony ericsson and force them to release new firmware.

I purchaised my SE K850 in march 08 & in just 10-11 months i've got same problem with my mobile 6 times  Problem is that when i start my phone, key pad is lightning, but screen is black & phone doesnot go furthure. Last time i got my mobile with service, new firmaware etc 11 janury 2009 but after just 3 weeks, same problem....Yesterday i gave my mobile back to shop where i purchaised & i ask for money back. |

I'll sign, even if I/we get a fixed firm... I wont be buying a SE anymore they can keep their POS hardware, I wont be buying SE anymore.
bitter yes I am this was a high dollar flag phone I mean paperweight.
I will advice people now about how great SE is now days. |

Ooooo.... think you should sign the petition...
I havent had any more BROD stress in my K850 since October... coz I got a C902 and X1 to replace it! Best move I ever did. Lucky SE kept me with those seductive beauties otherwise it was definately jump ship.
