Personally anything spicy. The hotter the better. One thing i do like is a domino's got and spicy pizza with hagan diaz on the top. Has a nice contrast to it. Also tuna, lettuce, cucumber, onion, cheese, sweet corn, mayo and some scotch bonnet peppers all wrapped in a tortila.Oooo grilled cheese and onion with tomato ketchup.

Posted by haynesycop
that tuna tortilla sounds nice

i have fajitas wiith diced chicken using discovery cajun powder then fry the chicken in a pan

and add the chicken plus shredded lettuce mayo and salsa

messy but lovely

ten will post some pics

first i need to buy some ice cream

people think i am weird but its just pancake mix and you have pancakes and ice cream

Bump!

I made some home made steak and ale pies last week. Tasty!

Posted by haynesycop
Steak =

I am having boring salmon and chips for dinner, same thing every Tuesday. The joys of living with Grandparents.

Just going to my grans for tea lol!!!!

She makes the best stew, or mince and totties!!:P

Posted by haynesycop
Wish my Nan could cook, her stuff is awful. Everyone in my house is boring, Mum won't even eat thai green curry. Think i will make myself one on Friday, they can starve lol. Enjoy your mince.

@haynesy

Steak and Ale pie is gorgeous. Made with a can of Guinness, whole button mushrooms and shallots - really easy.

Mmmm

Cover cubed steak in flour, shake off the excess and and fry in oil until brown. Add tin of tomatoes, salt and pepper, mushrooms, shallots - whole, a couple of bay leaves and a can of gunness and simmer for 2 hours until reduced with the meat really tender in a thick dark gravy.

When done, get some ready made pastry from the counter in Tesco roll it out till £1 piece thick.

Remove the bay leaves and put your filling in pie dishes and cover with pastry. Put in the oven for half an hour. Done.

Serve with Mash and peas.

Or you could get some ready made pies from the freezer but nowhere near as good.

I love Pizza Express pizzas. You can get them in Sainsbury's now too.

Posted by haynesycop
Yeah we have had them for ages there yummy, there 2 for £5 in tesco at the moment aswell lol.

Posted by goldenface
Really! I might have to just pay them a visit tonight.

Posted by haynesycop
Don't quote me on it lol! Price changes are usually on a Tuesday night from midnight in most supermarkets, so i would get down there pronto. They may not have them tomorrow.

The tesco in the city centre by St Johns had them, pretty sure it was 2 for £5. There so yummy, we get the margarita and add our own toppings. There lovely and soft, mmm mmm.

I do a good chilli and home made curries too.

One of my favourites is Chicken with Roasted Vegetables which is really simple and very nice.

Dice a large potato and cook it in an oven dish with olive oil for 20 mins. Flatten some chicken breasts and cover them in pesto an place them on top of the potatoes making sure the potatoes don't stick to the bottom. Then cover them with roughly chopped Peppers, red onion and sliced courgette, drizzle with more olive oil and cook for half an hour.

Done!

How about some Deep-Fried Pizza

I must say it does look good!

Big bump for this, that chocolate thread has made me hungry! Going to ask mum to make her legendary tuna casserole soon, yummy!

Posted by >500
gotta be my mums home made pasta and pizzas, theres a pizza recipe from her home town, simple, but tasty, very nice, bit of basil, sauce, garlic, home made dough, couple other minor things, cant give the secrets away though can i just like the Kernels 11 secret herbs n spices at KFC....

gotta love the italians though..... especially when they are born there, they make it better!!! she has been making Ravioli with my aunty the past couple weeks, so GOOD!!!

im craving some of her gnocchi though, she hasnt made it in a while, but thats only because she wants me to help her lol, as i done a cooking course at school.... and because she has some problems on her right hand, cant use it as well as she used to......

speaking of tuna caserole, my sister made a couple pasta bakes lately, maccaroni with cheese/sauce in the oven, very nice....

pasta defo favourite food over all......

Posted these pics in the "Post pictures and videos taken with your W800i or W810" thread last summer, but thought I'd post it here anyway.

I'm a real beef fan, and the following is one of my favourite types of meal.
Fillet of Beef (Dry-Aged); new potatoes with parsley, spring onions, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper; mixed salad with fresh peas, ruccola, watercress, young spinach, cucumber and tomato.

[Some of the herbs and spices I used]

[End result]

Posted by haynesycop
Mmmmm that looks lovely, although the portion is rather small, hehehehe.

Posted by >500
my favourite salad is this: Baby spinach leaves, orange and fennel (finocchio) with oil, black balsamic vinegar and salt of course.....

avocado also goes very well with some salads.....
