Esato is based at home at Laffen i think if i remember right. And he is norwegian..

Nevertheless the red santa claus was a invention of Coca Cola in the fifties - and I guess Coca Cola is less religious than commercial but well-known even in the furthest places on earth..
And there are even countries without snow..
