anyone from Germany? help needed

Hi guys,
I wanted to know from where can Motorola Droid maxx be bought from Germany? Any online website or some specific shops in Munich?
And also does it come factory unlocked? Can other sims except Verizon work in it?
And what is the current price of it?

we have the RAZR Maxx here which should be a similar, if not the same phone (no idea about the bands). Price for a new one is at about 320 € on Amazon.de and it should be unlocked. http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B007VOKPLM/

No clue where to get it in Munich, sorry.
