fbt on networks don't have free site and homepage

Pleese help me am from ethiopia and I like to browse for free on my network. Like some others do in the world.
And my network info is
Apn etc dot com
And their is not 1 free site to browse with o balance. Including my isp official site and their is no home page on the configuration message they sent to us to configure our phone. My network only works by putting only the acess point name etc dot com
So please help me there is no ather place that I get help I hop u can tanx. My network provider website is www dot ethitelecom dot et and www dot ethionet dot et and the name of my isp ethiotelecom and we use normall gprs means no internet pakege avelable and also if our phone is becom zero balance thy didn't allow us to connect to internet. and we use post paying data plan
