SIM lost phone numbers gone

I have an old phone. I lost the SIM & the whole phone book is gone. Any solution thru settings?

There are two places where the Contacts/phone numbers are saved at.
1. In the Phone's memory
2. on the SIM-card

There are a possibility to copy Contacts to and fro the SIM-card and telephone.

If you don't see your phone numbers in the Phone book without the SIM-card all your Contacts was on your SIM-card and gone with it, sorry.

Make a back-up of your contacts of your next SIM-card.
