12 months free internet voucher pin In S.Africa. How do i use it?

I recently brought a Sahara computer, and i was shocked to see inside a sticker sayin " 12 months free internet voucher pin. I'm not exposed to this internet thing, the only time i use internet is when i visit an internet cafe, so i need advice on what i'm supposed to do with the voucher. Will it work on a modem? But i doubt it because the voucher pin is a numerical and alphabetic pin. I don't have a landline at my house to connect with ISP's such as M'web, should i sell the voucher?
