Vivaz Screen Replacement

Guys,

Unfortunately dropped my Vivaz and the screen has cracked. the LCD display appears to be fine, so I have bought a new screen from eBay, they reccomend getting it fitted professionaly.

But... does anyone know how difficult it is to replace the screen? and how to go about it.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
