K800 not have 3G network

Hello
This my first post
Anybody can help me?
I have SE K800, R8BF003 CID53. When i change 3G network,my phone hang and must re insert battery to use againt.
and now my k800 just network on gsm only. my camera video call blank green colour
can help me ??
