Explanation:
I have the phone stated above in the topic title and it is currently without a provider (disconnected).
It was only with one provider previously (Rogers).
I didn't pay my bill so they cut me off.
When my SIM card is in the phone, it presents the message; "Inactive USIM" on the main screen.
When I take it out it presents the message "Insert USIM".
When my phone was connected it presented the message; ROGERS
As I recall; it didn't say anything in the place where these three messages are before I went through a provider.
It doesn't mess with the functionality of my phone whatsoever yet it is very ugly, an eye soar.
I searched google for answers but have found none.
Questions:
Will there forever more be a message here?
Can I remove it or change it?
Is my phone now locked?
Can an unlocked phone even become locked?

OK, This does not make much scene, are you saying you put your SIM in your LG and it said Inactive SIM but suddenly when you do it again it says your network? because if so it can still be inactive even when it says the operator, it just means its connected, it doesn't mean your can use your phone though.
