Because it was latest one inside (R1GA028 for generic one and R1GA031 for NORDIC)

yea, but what if something bad happen to the phone, and cant use to reflash my phone using SEUS, because theres no option that "re-install latest firmware"

i use it for flashing my phone in-case it will have a problem on software related or format it
