MMS Video Not Working - Esato archive

When others send me a MMS video the video does not play. It shows up as a still image with no audio. I tried taking a existing video that I took from the phone and sent it to myself. It did the same thing? When I go to save the MMS it says there is a .jpg file and a .qcp (audio) file?

Does anyone know what is going on why I cant view MMS videos?I am using a sony ericson c510 handset.....
