some Chinese phone has wifi chips,Now in China some phone is Android system,some is Windows mobile,Even some are WCDMA mood,Chinese phones are not as rubbish as before,you should open your window and look at the world .

Depends on the model. Though if it had wifi you would of found it easily enough
