c905 problem with keypad

I have the c905 and my problem is that the down button works like the cancel button.
For example I am going to the music folder and I press down it pops me out to the main shcreen.
I try to reprogramm the keys but I dont know how.
Can I avoid buying new keypad or it's the only solution?

common problem with the only solution is to replace the keypad membrane. Get it done under warranty if the phone is under 12 months old
