Help: UCIP and IN - prepaid billing system

Hi All,

There are two mechanism for handling prepaid billing- a) UCIP b) Intelligent Network
But I have not much idea about these technologies and further more i have to work over it.

So could anyone tell me more about these in detail and it would be great if can provide some url links.
