Hi all,
I'm sorry if this Q have been asked before & I'm kinda noob in the WM scene
Everytime I've receive a call, there are no notification like, you know, the name of the caller actually pop-out on the screen like other SE featurephone.
Is there some option that I haven't turn on yet?

Go to settings > Sounds and Notifications, it's there.
There will be idenctical onscreen info like when sms comes.

Just another Q, when I've set an alarm, it does not goes off if I shut the phone down. Is it normal?

Strange and not so "smart" . I go to alarms - edit - press right to go to the submenu - here i can change the alarm- text , alarm-picture and, ON in silent mode. Must have something to do with WM thats not running at that moment.
