I have looked around and all the free ones I have found dont have a very good rating from Users.
Any suggestions guys?

although windows mobile is capable of running jars, its fairly cumbersome to do so
native WM programs are definitly what is needed and I'd suggest looking at Spb Time (or any Spb product as they're all excellent), and also Handy converter
