it is possible, the question is how , wether by running a virtual machine by using vmware (they have a windows mobile version) or by changing the OS from the root, and I don't how to ...

it's not just to change... the OS needs some adjustment to run, just like with Windows in a PC it needs to be able to control all devices in the mobile. But as already said, with Vmware you could run a different OS on your phone without any specific adjustments

Are there some examples on YouTube of this actually being done?

I thought an OS had to be written for specific hardware or the hardware be emulated. Does a phone have enough resources to emulate another smartphone?
