U can find this softwar "centr tester beta by fluvian" on www.smsclist.com and the list of smsc in the same siteweb...after that you should have a cabl usb and mobile phone for conect it with the softwar...finally, this softwar can tested all smsc for searching the working smsc.I tested it with my network in morocco.it's working 100%good luck

First,for mms it's not possibl ,in the moment,to send for free because it's work with proxy not center number like sms...so you should find another proxy....Second, for center tester you can download it in www.smsclist.com and you should have java in your computer ,if you don't have you should download it

"center tester by fluvian" work with java,you should instal java in your computer,after that,you need phone,for me i have nokia 6151, and cabl usb,and you load the list of sms centr...finally,you start search......good luck

I'd already installed the centr sms app,but how do i search the working sms..i know the sms centre for msia starting from +60,i tried all the sms centre,none of them work..any clue fren to have a free sms over here..n what do u mean by install java..?kind of blur..hehe:-S

When you want to find smsc it's recommended to try with all international smsc....for exampl,in morocco it's begning with +2126 i should try all smsc excepted this started with +212....inderstand) la prochaine fois soit un peu sérieux plz.
