K800i Best Acoustic Drivers?

Hello ppl i am new to all this acoustic drivers and stuff so i dont really know anything about it. I have been reading other forums and i read something about making the k800i backspeaker louder with the acoustic drivers. I really want to have this on my phone because i cannot hear it ringing its sooo quiet lol!! So what exactly do i have to do to get this acoustic driver onto my phone and will it kill or damage my phone?
