Well, thought I'd start this thread as I haven't seen one for the K770 yet. I don't personally own one, but I'm hoping to get either that or the W380 when it comes out. So post away, people!

Hi, this is a sample of K770 makro shot

in the dark, all setting normal, nightmode off

The picture quality doesn't look too bad at all! Thanks for the contributions, keep them coming!

Posted by Tiebreak
Yes, good work. Some LED-flash profile pictures in darker environments would be nice!

Is this a 2 MP / AF camfone

Posted by SaLiH
@jojo No it's 3.2 MP camera phone, but with smaller sensor than the one found in K800/K810.

Why would someone with access to the internet ask such a question?

Posted by haki
Why would someone wake up early on a Sunday morning?
Why would someone be surfing the internet first thing on an early Sunday morning?
Why would someone stay home on a Sunday morning?

Go out!!! Get started with a double espresso and enjoy the day! It will be Monday sooner than you can imagine!

Posted by *Jojo*
@hak - Sorry, but I am always like this pal I wake up at 1 am - every DAY of the WEEK . . .

Well anways, I am NOT impressed much with the cam on this K770, considering as what have said, that it's a 3.2 MP camfone

now its ok btw it remind me the qulity of the W800

Posted by haki
It is quite good, maybe slightly worse than K800/810 but at least it does not have the occasional haze that sometimes plagues the K810 shots.

Exactly! I could not stand that white haze that was seen on 75% of the shots taken by K800/K810.

i think its good.. remember the phone isnt as big as k790 its quite thin...(as thin as my phone) yet it takes out soo good pics... i should tell my friend to buy this!

K770 does not compatible with MXE-60 right?
So, is there any other solutions for night shots? or maybe SE is planning to release a new Xenon flash?

Good macro shots

Here are some photos taken with my R8BA024 Truffle Brown K770i.

Nice. K770 can really take excellent shots. I guess the ugly picture samples in early reviews were just based from early prototypes.

Posted by deluded
Well, I've always had a good impression of the K770 and feel that it's a little under-rated. I hope this thread actually helps convince more people to get it. I think I'll probably get it at the earliest opportunity when my contract ends.

I got my K770 today, picture quality seems fine

Tomorrow I'll make some more pictures so I can compare them

K770 is the real Cybershot.

@bezz / amras - Nice shots ! Never knew that this K770 can take SHARP images !

Very very nice night shot! Much better than most SE phones can do!

Twilight Landscape

Tomorrow I'll take some daylight pictures

Posted by Amras
@ Jojo
now you know.
thanks for the comments though.

@ Radiux
Thank you mate. I lower the EV down to -0.7. This way the camera absorb the light better. Colors are more saturated as well. And of course, reduce the chance of more blurry image.

Anyway.. I want to change my phone pic (on the left side, below my nickname) but I don't think that any K770 pic is available yet, isn't it?

More pics anyway. The camera does amazing job in outdoor pics! Definitely sharper than K800/K810, no white overcast.
Tips: Use white balance Daylight, and you won't get the yellowish nuance that you probably usually get when taking outdoor pics.

This is SESC in Jakarta. You can freely try out almost all models here (they're real). So nice.

The elegant T650.

Wow Armas, those are some of the sharpest, most richly colored shots I think i've seen from a camera phone.

@Bezzz, very, very nice pictures there! I still haven't gotten my K770 yet, and it seems like it may be still a long way off. Looking at the pictures here though, I think I'll definitely get the K770 at one point or another. Keep the pictures coming!

hi im new here i have k770i

Posted by Amras
@bezz
wow.. i think you're getting better at taking pics with your k770.
very sharp images over there.

btw.. this is my friend's k850. after seeing the pics taken with k850's cam (it's so full of sharpening all over the place.. quite awful IMO), i'm so happy that i got my k770. pics below are all taken with k770.

anyway.. i really like k850 xenon flash though. it's brighter than k800/k810's, definitely.
