In the file manager I've just hidden a video to see if it work, and it worked! The problem is that I don't know how to get back that video.

Install the freeware version swiss manager, it has a file browser that should let you view hidden files.
Made me laugh though, how very Microsoft, we'll let you set a hidden attribute for a file but then you can tview hidden files at all to unhide it again
