I am facing a big problem in copying my SIM contacts to the phone, since no contacts are copied and phone just stalls!!!
I tried master reset, but whadaya know??? It didn't work

Yes this phone has sometimes big problems... make sure you delete all contacts in the phone!!! Then after the master reset (or better, you should do a Format Internal Drive!!!) when you turn on the phone and setup begins it will ask you 'copy contacts..' just say yes and it should work!
