I hope that one day we'll see these brands sharing good quality photos with iso 800 or so. Even 200 would do the job. I actually don't want to size iso 50 photos any more. Of course they will be good. All the phones produced in last decade gives very good photos at iso 50.

Ok1907... Nokia 808 PureView And Nokia Lumia 1020 PureView offer good quality photos with iso 800 !!!

Maybe in 5mp mode. Their sensors are big but 41mp is overkill. They don't offer good quality at iso 800. I'm talking about "reallly" good quality. It doesn't need to be on dslr level but it should be much better than smartphones. 1020 and 808 are npt much better than the rest regarding low light capabilities. They could be much better if they had 10 or so megapixels.
