Well.. so you have a paper napkin and on top of it is a slice of bread, maybe toast. On top of the toast there's probably some lard, since that would go with the garlic. Not sure what's sprinkled on top of it, it looks like either hot curry or cinnamon, but I fail to see how cinnamon would fit into the picture with lard and garlic, so my bet is on curry.
