Try manually setting the exposure to a lower value, or just let the camera adjust for 3-4 seconds before snapping. Welcome to the community btw.

Thank you, im very new to this (I have this Phone for a week). Im trying to find the right settings, but im not to good at it. The only thing I changed is the "white balance" to "Cloudy", the rest was on "Auto". It was a very cold and cloudy day :) btw I like your pictures. Because of them, I decided that the quality in the xperia pro was sufficient for me.(the neo has the same camera)

Glad to hear that. Don't he shy to fiddle with the settings, some are very useful and exposure is one of them. Also try several other apps from the Market. Some will give you more settings, better compression and such.
