i-mobile is just super best in night pics. think c902, k850, k800/k810 take better macro pics.

Owwwww!!!! I love N82 pics!
Guto_ViP on Jul 30 2008
excellent photography, but I find it very strange (impossible) at a speed of 1 / 53 sec. will be immobilized in the air, or course of the wings, I also have a n82 and I know how it works (excellent mobile) and excellent photography but of dubious provenance, it is my opinion, maybe I am wrong.

Yes 'tammse' this is not picture taken with N82 & the other think is the picture is edited .this bee cant fly in the night.

plankis: Check my watch macro shot and tell me if any of the camphones you mentioned can produce the same. tammse, maxma: Check the EXIF again. It's a flash shot.

CONGRATS ! to WhiteSword for this 1st Class pic !!
Really, this is one superb pic by a phone-cam !
@ doubters comments: THIS MAY WELL BE AN HONEST PICTURE !!
- pic is NOT taken at night > exposure compensation makes background dark, but you can be shure there were enough light in a summer evening at 8 p.m.
- exposure time (1/53 sec.) is for the SHUTTER! The FLASH is just in the thousands of a second! That's why you use the flash in the first place > to freeze extremely fast moving objects! ( Shutter speed is deliberately longer so as to open a time window to catch the FLASH firing ).
@ WhiteSword : With this shot you made it hard for me to compete ! ;) Congrats again, dude !
Would appreciate your description of your method for this shot! Did you pre-focus, and wait for the bee?

I cant belive, its not a flying bee, the wings sould mooving faster, maybe its dead and suspended... but its a cool photo
LEFTHORSE on Aug 05 2009
@LEFTHORSE: The N82 has a Xenon flash. That's why the wings seem to be frozen. You can't shoot a photo like this using a LED flash, or what SE calls [upperclasstwit]Photo Flash[/upperclasstwit]. Look in the gallery for all the frozen water drop shots.
