Is there a number i can call from my phone (i'm on o2 contract) that will tell me how many minutes i have left or have used and same with texts ?

No automated service. O2 must be the only one that hasn't. You HAVE to ring up and speak to someone and even then the info they give is 48 hrs old. Pooh really!

You can go online and check it at o2.com, cant you....? you can get a username and password when you first started the contract (also get a text to confirm password and username) [addsig]

O2 customer service employees use the same website to give you info. Its not up to date. I use my call timer and reminders. Its much more accurate. :-)

@max: i've forgotten my password at the moment so cant tell you where exactly to go, but i think the option only appears once you've logged in, and then view your billing section.... - its been a while since i checked it; as i've been on those 500 mins 100 text tariffs for almost a year now [addsig]
