Hi, I live in Harrogate (on o2). Have a Z800 for about 2 weeks now. (Great phone!).

But I can't get a 3G signal - anywhere. I went to the centre of LEEDS, and still no signal.

Yes my GSM network settings are on 3G! So, is this my phone, or is this a signal coverage problem with o2?

Please tell me about your experiences, and where can I get a signal? [addsig]

I have a o2 online sim card. Is this the reason why I cannot get a 3G signal? [addsig]

u probly need to give 02 a ring and ask them for a new 3g sim card the problem maybe this as 3g sim cards are different to normal sims thats why u cant use a 3g sim in a normal phone for example u can never get three sims to work on 2g phones

Are you trying to get a 3G signal on a standard 2G 300 text sim card?

Then you quite obviously won't get a 3G signal, no matter what phone you put it in! You need a 3G sim to get a 3G signal.
