try changing the file to .jar
tools/folder options/view/un-tick hide extensions for known file types.
then go to the file and rename .jar
hopefully that should work mate

If its a java game and your downloading to your pc first, do it this way.
When you save the java file select 'all files' in the 'file type' drop down tab.
Then put the .jar extension at the end of the file name.
Once saved the file type is .jar 'java' on your pc so you can send it to your phone.
Brought to you straight from the event horizon of a quantum singularity. |

Just send the file to the phone....It should get lodged in the Documents>Unfiled ( Or Others >Unfiled) folder on the phone....Just run them directly from there and they should install on the phone

Hmm...if its a java app, it should work.....try sending a different java app to the phone & see if that works....then you'll know whether if its a problem with this particular set of files or a phone problem....Also...it may depend on what java version is running on your phone....If im not mistaken, firmware upgrades also update the java versions on the phone...
