Hey
Well I got the T68i about 1 week ago now and im just curious but can the blue border around the screen be replaced at a service centre aswell as the IR screen and the main screen on the phone?

yes... if the servicepoint is at least at level 2 for service on phones...

has three different levels on their servicepoints:

Level 1: only allowed to perform softwareupdates on the phones (also called Flashpoints)

Level 2: allowed to do some smaller repairs, like replacing front covers, fixing audioproblem (related to microphone and speaker) etc

Level 3: allowed to do repairments down to componentlevel
